The Hotel

Located in Bel Ombre, on the southern coast of Mauritius, Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort is a 5-star all-inclusive resort with a distinctly African flair, surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the Indian Ocean. Its spacious rooms and suites, decorated with dark woods, earth tones, and African motifs, are designed for both couples and families, with room categories offering garden, ocean, and beachfront views.

The resort features several pools, direct access to the beach, a kids’ club, sports facilities, and a wide range of land- and water-based activities. One of its major attractions is the renovated Heritage Wellness & Spa, a 3,000 m² wellness sanctuary featuring 12 treatment rooms, a hammam, a sauna, vitality and relaxation pools, a Vichy shower, and two outdoor Privilege pavilions with hot tubs.

Heritage Awali is part of the larger Bel Ombre Territory, which significantly expands the possibilities during your stay: access to restaurants and other facilities within the resort, activities at the 1,300-hectare Bel Ombre Nature Reserve,and an extraordinary golf experience at Le Château Golf Course and La Réserve Golf Links. It offers breakfast and dinner in a buffet-style setting, featuring stations and specialties that showcase cuisines from around the world, ranging from Asian to Latin American flavors. • Infinity Blue Located by the pool and facing the ocean, it’s one of the hotel’s most pleasant dining spots. Its terrace overlooking the ocean and safari-inspired decor create a relaxed atmosphere during the day and a more intimate one as night falls. A great choice for enjoying internationally and Mauritian-inspired cuisine with the Indian Ocean as a backdrop.
